All rooms have been furnished and decorated to the same high standards, with plenty of space in each. There are two upstairs plus the premium suite, and two downstairs.
One downstairs room has its own toilet next to the laundry, with a second toilet and shared bathroom upstairs.

The 4 king beds and one bunk bed were perfect for a larger group. The place was spotless, hosts were proactive and friendly, and the views from the Waitakere Ranges down into Auckland exceeded expectations.
Chapman house is beautiful! not to forget the views of the city. it’s so spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we needed! I definitely recommend to others. Christine was also very responsive and checking in and out was a breeze! we didn’t want to go back home!
